When your brain won’t slow down, everything gets harder.
I provide online therapy for anxiety, insomnia, and BFRBs for adults in Georgia, Missouri, Missouri, and Florida — especially for people who are used to holding it together, but feel worn down inside.
Free 15-minute consult. No pressure, no commitment.
We’ll find out if we’re a good fit.
There are A LOT of reasons to feel any (all?) of these feelings these days. I get it. I’ve been there. I still go there sometimes. It’s part of being human in a complicated world.
We’re all imperfect, flawed, and wonderfully unique.
Life is hard. I don't know a single person who hasn't at one point felt like managing their feelings and brain is a second (third, fourth) full-time job. And while it is common to struggle, it’s also emotionally and physically exhausting, even debilitating for some of us, especially when you feel like you have to hold it together when you can’t.
Well, you don’t have to. And you don’t have to manage the struggle alone.

MY PHILOSOPHY
I approach therapy as a partnership, helping people navigate relationships, habits, and parts of their identity they’re still learning to understand and manage.
I’m here to offer perspective and guidance, and to help you develop and feel confidently equipped with skills to live a content life. I want to turn coping skills into thriving skills.
I'm not going to ask you to stand in front of a mirror and tell yourself you are smart enough, good enough. I'm not going to ask you to parent your inner child. I’m going to meet you where you are and help you tap into your natural resilience. It’s in you; it’s there. You have the strength, courage, and skills necessary to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of enjoying a fulfilling life.
FIT CHECK
Therapy works best when it feels like a good fit. It’s a relationship, so the fit, the vibe, the banter, need to be right for you.
Here’s a quick way to get a sense of that:
The basics:
I’m 18+ and live in Georgia, Missouri, Alabama, or Florida.
I’m tired of managing anxiety, insomnia (falling or staying asleep), depression, habits, or worry on my own.
I’m managing (or not) body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair-pulling (trichotillomania) and skin-picking (dermatillomania).
I need help with a specific life change, such as relationship and marriage transitions, parenting shifts (empty nest, caregiving to parents), mid- and quarter-life crises, or leaving college to enter the workforce.
I’m a woman navigating the under-understood and often dismissed physical and emotional realities of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, and menopause.
I’m a creative-type who’s stuck because of overthinking.
I’m a blue dot in a red or purple community.
I want therapy that’s practical—not vague or overly clinical.
I’m open to trying new approaches, even though I’m a little skeptical.
More specifically:
I’ve tried to “just relax” and it doesn’t work.
I expect nothing and still feel let down.
I’m whoever I’m trying to impress at any given moment. I am my own worst enemy.
My mind doesn’t shut off even when I’m exhausted.
I overthink things I know shouldn’t be this hard.
I worry about everything and I’m doing very little or nothing about it.
I think I’ll feel better once I do it, but can’t do it until I feel better. On repeat.
I’m tired of living a superhuman life, where people see me as a high-functioning success while I feel exhausted and on-the-brink inside.
I look like I have it together, but it doesn’t feel that way.
I’m angry because of scenarios I created in my head; I confuse feelings for facts.
And by the way, swearing, sarcasm, sassiness, and a sense of humor are welcome and encouraged here!
HOW I WORK
I am virtual only.
I offer safe and private online sessions through a client portal that offers secure messaging and self-scheduling. Session times may vary depending on your needs and insurance, but are typically 45-60 minutes. We’ll figure this out together during your first appointment.
Not sure about telehealth? Check out the FAQ.
What it’s like to work together:
We focus on what’s actually keeping you stuck—not just talking in circles.
You’ll leave sessions with things to try, not just things to think about.
We move at a pace that feels manageable, not overwhelming.
You don’t have to have the “right words” or show up perfectly.
INSURANCE & FEES
Self-pay: My standard therapy rate is $155/session. I accept payment through HSA/FSA and major credit cards.
